If you want more information about your scheme and the benefits you can expect, you should contact your pension scheme trustees or scheme manager, in the first instance.

If you have a problem or complaint about your pension, you should ask the trustees about the scheme's official complaints procedure. (This is something that all schemes must have, and means that they must look into any complaint properly.)

The Pensions Advisory Service provides free information and advice on the whole spectrum of pensions, so may well be able to help you with any queries about your scheme.
